You’re going to Grandma’s for Thanksgiving and you know she’ll have all your favorite pies and desserts. The office party is going to be at your favorite restaurant…You have 3 Christmas party invitations already…Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without all your favorite cookies…Oh dear! You just bought a new Christmas outfit and you’re afraid it will be two sizes too small after all the upcoming parties. Do not despair – Pam Fletcher, RD, dietitian at New Heart, will teach us all how to enjoy every party we are invited to without gaining extra pounds! Pam will share tips about eating that we can use for the holidays and throughout the year.

Your child is raped. How does your child and how do you deal with it? Jack and Sandi Booth will share their 30+ years in dealing with this experience. How did they keep their marriage intact? How did they help their daughter? They will share their survival skills and give us tips on how to help others in similar situations.
