The holidays can be the happiest, but also the saddest part of the year for people. Join us as we discuss ways to get through the holiday blues. With the right information and support we can all make it through this holiday season, minimizing the stresses that bring us down. Also learn ways to make grief and loss bearable through this month.
Monday, December 8 – Dinner provided by Cross of Hope Koinonia
The focus of Wings for L.I.F.E. is to promote and strengthen healthy family relationships and communication. Each night we’ll share a delicious dinner together, learn something new, and have fun! Don’t miss it.
